What is the difference between the properties of oxidized asphalt and hard asphalt

In order to ensure the high temperature of solid oxidized asphalt asphalt without reducing the low temperature performance of asphalt or at least without adverse effects, many scientific organizations attach great importance to content optimization.

In the past two years, the concept of comprehensive and continuous updating has been widely accepted. Generally, this means modifying the base bitumen with more than two modifiers for superior low temperature performance. Generally speaking, SBS and natural bitumen are generally used to modify the journey bitumen.

Experiments have shown that the proper SBS and bitumen mixture can modify the bitumen to the needle-like symbol of 30 bitumen, and the softening temperature exceeds 70°C (a height that generally 30 bitumen and natural oxidized asphalt bitumen cannot reach).

In addition, the composite asphalt has excellent low-temperature ductility. All the samples stretched at 10°C meet the technical requirements of No. 30 JTG F40 asphalt. Even after a short aging time, it can maintain a certain tensile force at 5°C, and maintain an excellent tensile force at 10°C, which is beyond the reach of modified asphalt 30 and natural asphalt.

As a result, the PG performance of this composite modified asphalt has also made great progress. The high temperature can reach above 82 ℃, and the low temperature grade is 16 ℃. The composite high temperature performance is better than that of general 30 asphalt and natural modified asphalt.
